2014 - ANNUAL MEETING OF THE RNBRA - OCTOBER 19, 2014 IN SUSSEX

Hello fellow shooters;

We hope you are enjoying your summer holiday and shooting season. It's been a great summer for RNBRA shooting programs and several clubs are actively promoting shooting programs that include hosting provincial and interprovincial events in cooperation with the RNBRA. We are fortunate these clubs are able to help support  a provincial approach to developing shooting sports in NB and we look forward to strengthening our partnership with all clubs. Clubs are welcome and encouraged to send a representative to attend the AGM and report back to their club. Only regular full RNBRA members in good standing will vote on AGM business.  Club affiliation has not provided a regular membership to the club representative for a few years.

The announcement today is that the 2014 RNBRA AGM will be held at the All Seasons Hotel and Restaurant in Sussex NB on October 19 starting at 9:00 am and will break for lunch around noon for 45 minutes. Lunch will not be provided this year as the we feel the money will be better spent in direct promotion of competitive shooting. We hope you will make plans to attend as we are looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

By now you have had a chance to review the revised Bylaws and Constitution proposed by the Board and if somehow you haven't, please do.
At this years AGM, we will be asking you to ratify the Bylaws and Constitution . If you have questions or concerns please contact us (anyone on the RNBRA Board) for clarification asap as that will speed the meeting and allow more time for discussion of other issues or ideas you would like to bring up and talk about.

We will also ask you to vote for or against the nominees that are standing for election.  We will try to circulate an agenda prior to the meeting for your information

Good Shooting,
