Thanks to Terry McN. for sending this report on the second shoot in Lake George. We had a good turnout for the shoot with 10 shooters from the local area and from as far away as Minto braving the cold weather. It was -20C when we started. The temperature came up as the sun got higher which was nice temperature-wise - the only problem with that was that the wind also came up with gusts I'm sure of 25 kmh or more. This made it a challenge for the 8 Open class and 3 Sporter Class shooters - a challenge for some and a mere breeze for others.
The hot dogs and Barbara J's famous cookies were a big hit. Many thanks to all who made this shoot possible and enjoyable. We hope to see everybody out for the last shoot which is in March. There will be awards presented for the top 2 shooters overall in the 3 match series in both classes.
