Good day to all our bench rest shooters and fans especially those affected by flooding again this year. Our hearts and prayers go out to each of you.
We had a cool, damp day with a very tricky wind. It WAS cool and we quickly burnt the last 2 sticks of fire wood then started on the old cardboard target backers and any old wood we could find. You had to keep close track of your “under bag” boards when Darryl K. was on the hunt for more fire woodWe had 2 x 500 scores today turned in by Gerald D. and John McC. Congratulations to them both. Gold went to Gerald D. with 500/23X and silver to John McC with 500/12X.
Goodies were supplied by Tony L. and Dan G. Dan G. was also the chief scorer with John C and Darryl K. serving as score verifiers. Many hands made short work for target changing - thanks to all.
A great day was had by all.
