DECEMBER 13, 2020 - MINTO CHRISTMAS RIMFIRE FUN SHOOT - RESULTS.

We were lucky to be able to organise a Christmas shoot at the last minute. Most of the regions (except Region 4 around Edmunston), had returned to "Yellow" which meant that people could travel and come together in informal groups of 20. Even the Saint John region, which had stayed "Orange" longer, changed just before the shoot was scheduled to be held. Unfortunately for some travellers the roads were not in the best condition Sunday morning and so Minto hosted 11 shooters for the annual Christmas shoot.

We all agreed that we had missed getting together for shoots lately and so were willing to make the very best of this outing. We all had a lot of fun shooting and talking with each other. We all pitched in to help out with Bert deV. being the match director and Don M. the head scorer. John McC. helped to verify the scoring and statistics. The ROs for the match were Dale H., Matt McA. and Wayne K. Targets were changed by several guys with George M. and John M. leading the pack. Darryl K. took the pics. Thanks everyone!

A big special thanks to Wayne K. who got the prizes - a turkey for first place, a big chicken for second and a box of chocolates for third place (for each of Open and Sporter Class). Wayne also made the baked beans which everyone agreed were the best ever!!
