This is to let you know that our friend and shooting colleague, Carl Jamieson, Barb Jamieson's husband, passed away on August the 13th at 10:45 in the evening. He had been suffering with Alzheimer's disease for some time. He will be missed by all those who knew him.

1929-2022
Carl Jamieson of Sheffield, NB passed away at Orchard View Long Term Care Home, Gagetown, NB on August 13, 2022. He was born on February 10, 1929 at Prince William Station, NB, a son of the late Ross and Dorothy (Webb) Jamieson.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. (Neilson) Jamieson; his children Christopher Jamieson (Susan) and Jennifer Jamieson (Nelson), both of Fredericton, NB; six grandchildren Brittany (Mitch), Casey, Kirsten, Taylor, Jamieson and Jessica; two great grandchildren Thea and Astrid; two sisters-in-law Shirley Jamieson, Fredericton, NB and Janet Harvey (Cecil), Maugerville, NB; a brother-in-law David Neilson (Janis), Edmonton, AB; a cousin James Jamieson and several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings Dr. Robert Jamieson (late Sheila), Irene McMullin (late Roland), Myrna McGee (late Ted), Roxie Jamieson, Evans Jamieson, Raymond Jamieson (late Jackie) and Ivan Jamieson and a brother-in-law, Douglas Neilson (late Elizabeth).
Carl had a long and distinguished career as Manager of Capital Credit Union in Fredericton, NB. He was a true New Brunswicker who loved the great outdoors. He enjoyed dancing, hunting, softball, bowling, curling, marksmanship and playing Bridge, but his greatest love was his family.
Visiting hours will be held at Nashwaaksis United Church, 46 Main Street, Fredericton North, NB on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Nashwaaksis United Church, with a reception following the service. Interment will take place at Sheffield United Church Cemetery.
