It was a beautiful summery day in New Brunswick although the weatherman had predicted some showers. It was overcast but still pretty bright - good light conditions for target shooting. The wind was generally light from 6:00 o'clock with a few switches from time to time. Even though the black flies and mosquitos were pretty bad, it was a very good day to be in Petitcodiac for the 4th Annual Terry McNeill Centerfire Team Shoot.
Each club fielded a team with various number of members. Of these, the four top shooters contributed to the team score. Because Lake George did not have 4 members present, Tony L. graciously volunteered to shoot with them. The host club was Team Petitcodiac which provided the man-power to run the match and also, thanks to John C. provided a lunch for all shooters. Thanks to everyone who helped make this annual event so much fun.
Congratulations to Team Minto which shot an impressive score and won the event.
