Although we did have a bit of sun, there was very little rain and the thundershowers did not appear until well into the evening. I'd say he was pretty much right on with the weather during the shoot. The wind onthe range did vary between 0 and maybe 20km/hr and it was predominantly from left to right. The relative calm periods, as long as the flags were pointing to the left, were definitely the times to shoot as they lasted the longest and resulted in generally well placed shots especially later in the match. And the black-flies and mosquitos? Well, it turns out that if enough insecticidal candles are burning in a shooting building, those little pests do actually stay away and allow you to have a very enjoyable shoot. Thanks David C.
Welcome to Wayne L. who came to learn and watch us shoot.
Don M. was the Match Director and scorer - whatever would we do without our old friend to do these tasks for us? Bruce B. helped out with the verification of scores and stats. Conrad L. and David C. served as range officers today, while Mike C., Ben F. and David C. changed the targets. David C. also brought banana bread, cheese and coffee for the whole bunch. Thank you all for helping to make this such an enjoyable shoot.
