Despite some wet weather in the morning, 8 hardy souls arrived and did some of the chores that needed to be done on the range. Trenches were dug, trees were cut, logs were hauled away and trash was picked up and disposed of. Unfortunately it was not safe to burn things. It was muggy with jackets on and a bit too cool to take them off and the blackflies were out on scouting missions. We had some fun though. Thanks to all - especially our youngest future shooter!The lunch was a delicious and hearty stew prepared by our resident "Cordon Blue" chef, Wayne K as well as rolls and a marvelous carrot cake made by Terry McN.'s wife.
After lunch we moved on to the Semi-annual Meeting with
Chairman Dave C. and secretary for the meeting Terry McN.
Some issues were discussed at length and some decisions were taken.
Club members will be informed through the normal channels.
