· Petitcodiac Sportsmen's Club’s Annual General Meeting is next week Thursday, Feb. 21st starting at 7:30pm at the club house. Elections will be held and nominations are currently being accepted if you are interested in serving on the Club Executive.
o Members being nominated must be a member in good standing with membership dues paid in full for 2013; have been a member of the Club for one full year; be present at the Annual Meeting to accept their nomination or have provided a signed acceptance of the nomination if unable to attend the Annual Meeting. If you are interested or desire further information, please email the Club atinfo@sportsmanclub.ca .
· The Membership Committee will be available to accept 2013 PSC Membership applications at 6:30pm at the AGM, Thursday, Feb. 21st.
· The PSC Executives have been making preparations for PSC’s annual supper fundraiser. The proceeds that we raise from the supper are extremely important to running our club facilities. With this said, we are asking members to help collect prizes and sell tickets. Supper and Draw tickets will be available at the AGM meeting. Attached, is a simple “Supper Prize Collection” sheet. Please use this sheet to track who donated the prize etc.
