Lake George 22LR Benchrest Rules
Happy New Year! I appologize that this is being sent out to the 2012 e-mail list. We have not had a chance to finalize the 2013 e-mail list yet but wanted to make sure that as many members as possible were aware of these shoots. As was agreed that the Annual Meeting, there will be three informal 22 shoots this winter. The following competition regulations have been provided by Terry McNeill who is coordinating these shoots:
L.G.G.C. 22 Rimfire Winter Benchrest Rules

Registration is from 9 am until 10 am. The shoot will start at 10 am. The fee is $10.00. Coffee and light lunch is included. Medals will be awarded for 1st and 2nd in each class.
There will be two classes - Open and Sporter
Open Class:

- Sporter Class Rest: rests will be one sand bag under the front of the rifle. No rear supports allowed other than the shooter's hand.
Targets:
There will be four targets with 10 shots for score on each. This will result in a score out of 100 on each and a total of 400 for the match. There will be unlimited sighters with a 10 minute time limit on each target.
Other Regulations:
The rest of the rules will be the same as and enforced as layed out in the regular Lake George Gun Club Shooting Competitions.
