Today was just a beautiful day for a shoot - cool in the morning, sunny later in the day, hardly any wind. The wind did come up from time to time but with a little patience your original conditions returned and you had plenty of time to select your shots. This was good as some of us had forgotten our wind flags - some surveyor's tape here and there did the trick.
Twelve shooters enjoyed this match - it was nice to see Kayelyn A. at the range again after having her baby - congrats to Matt, Kayelyn and first-time Grandpa Dan as well. She hasn't lost any of her great talent for shooting and gave us a lesson - again!
The Match Director was Dan G. who did the scoring as well with Shelly C. verifying his immense math skills. Targets were put up, and retrieved, by John McC., Tony L., Brian P. and Tom N. The Range Officers today were Dan G., Bert deV. and Tom N. And the treats? Oh yes there were treats - brownies provided by John McC., squares provided by Shelly C and Timbits provided by Dan G. Many thanks to all who helped out to make this a terrific match.
